Our dishes are made with care from scratch and we make use of premium, local produce based on season and availability. With us you will be served traditional, Norwegian local food with a twist of our time. A good dining experience in good company at Røisheim will be a cherished memory. The chef will signal that dinner is served from the clock tower at 7:30 pm. We serve our four-course set menu with wine recommendations.
We take great pride in our dinner and this is an important part of the experience of staying at Røisheim.
Our head chef, Tage Koch Jensen, blends traditional Scandinavian cuisine with French techniques and local produce. We get fish from the fjord, meat from mountains, local herbs from the surrounding area and mushrooms from the forest to name a few.
Today's dinner will always be presented to all the guests and you will know where the ingredients came from. If you want to have dinner at Røisheim without being a guest, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Separate children's rates
We want to give our guests the best possible start of the day with our breakfast buffet, which is open from 8-10 am. We serve freshly brewed coffee or local herbal tea at the table and a rich buffet with a selection of local pates, cured ham, smoked fish, vegetables, cheese, jams and eggs. We know many of our guests revisit due to our breakfast and hope you will remember the taste of our homemade bread, freshly brewed coffee or something else from the hearty breakfast buffet.
For breakfast, you will have the opportunity to prepare yourself a delicious packed lunch and fill the thermos with coffee for the trip of the day'. You should look forward to opening your packed lunch and enjoying it whether you're up in the mountains or in the car to your next destination.
